AGE: If you are under 13 years of age, you are not authorized to use the Site. Also, if you are under 13 years of age, you are not authorized to create or host a room. Lastly, a board should not be imported within a room if there were any contributions by a person under 13 years of age.

AVAILABILITY: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Site.
